The following editorial commentary was mainly about a U.S. judge who by having a very controversial expression towards president Donald Trump was suspended for around six months, the authors explains the several posts judge Kwan wrote on facebook. The article itself makes us think if either it was right to suspend him or not.  Some of the people giving their opinion in this case were the judge's lawyer, though the audience that the author was referring to might be other judges and people related to the jury. The author has some credibility though the commentary might have had some more information with respect to the posts, like actual pictures of it and the replies or thoughts of president Trump. Overall he have plenty of examples so it looks and sounds credible when reading it. The logic of the work was well provided, it explained the reasons of the suspension and it says that it was not the very first time the judge had been suspended for expressing himself in a way is not correct according to the code of conduct. However I disagree with the final decision which was to suspend the judge. I believe that it was very unfair because every single person has a voice and should be permitted to express themselves no mattering their profession they have, it was just his opinion, and the jokes he made are just "jokes".
